All communication occurs via email. The Announcement List is the most important. It is how we will convey important messages to Club members. The other lists are optional based on your interests.

Some members report emails occasionally go to the junk folder. Monitor your JUNK folder to make sure you don’t miss an important email.

We do NOT check the voicemail on this line. To contact us, please send us an email.
The Clubhouse phone might only be useful during sailing hours when the Club is OPEN. The standard practice is to turn off the voicemail function when a Helm Rated member opens the Club for sailing. If you call and get our voicemail, we are likely closed. If the phone phone rings continuously or someone picks up, we are likely open for sailing. Use at your own risk before you make the drive as the sailing status may change from the time of your call to the time of your arrival or in the case that someone mistakenly forgot to turn on/off the voicemail. 734-426-42 nine nine.
