It might still be a bit chilly but spring is finally here. Here is a list of coming events:
April 11-12: The U of M Sailing Team is hosting the Big Ten Team Race at the club. Feel free to come and watch & support the team. A good way to kick-start the sailing season!
April 16, 6:30pm: Executive Board meeting at Paul’s house. All members are welcome to attend. Board will meet on 3rd Thursday of each month thru September at the club unless otherwise noted.
April 25, 1:00pm: Dock-In: We’ll (hopefully) put the dock in the water, get the sailboats ready to sail, and do all the other things to get ready for the season. We’ll need many hands to help. When we’re done (approx 3-5pm), we’ll have a post Dock-In party at Aubrees in Dexter (8031 Main St, Dexter, MI 48130). The club will spring for pizza and there will be a cash bar. Whether you are a regular or a new member, please join us for some fun.
May 2: First Saturday of Boat School: Vice-Commodore Jane has put together the 2015 lesson and clinic schedule. Check it out here.
May 3: Spring Fling Regatta. Our first formal race of the season. Check out the specifics here.
