2017 Tawas Trip
Sixteen club members ventured north to sail on Tawas Bay and Lake Huron June 1 -5 . We took two 470’s, the Wayfarer, a Hobie 1 man, a Macgregor 26 and a kayak. Despite chilly temperatures, sailing was great with excellent wind the majority of the time. Meals were fabulous as each evening different members prepared dinner & one evening was at the Tawas Bay Yacht Club. We were treated to several outstanding sunsets.
