First Winter Meeting of 2020

From incredible voyages to an active class racer, delightful daysailor or trainer, the Wayfarer is a very versatile boat. The class has not only survived but thrived for over fifty years. Club member Peggy Menzies delivered an animated and illustrated presentation to thirty attentive sailors at the Dexter library Thursday evening, the first of our Winter Meetings. After the talk we repaired to the Jolly Pumpkin to continue the discussion over drink and food.

Our next winter meeting will be February 20th. the topic will be Weather: Wind and Thunderstorms by Steve Considine, Meterologist, National Weather Service.
