LETTER TO GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
Dear Members,
An individual who was at the Club on XXXXXXX has tested positive for COVID-19. An effort will be made to notify close contacts. For privacy, we will not identify the individual who has tested positive unless he/she gives us permission to do so.
If you have had a close contact exposure to Covid, you must wear a well fitting mask while at the club for the 10 days following exposure per UM policy.
If you are symptomatic and/or test positive for Covid, do not come to the club for a minimum of 5 days. You must be symptom free to return to the Club.
Remember a wet mask is not effective.
Please monitor your health and call your physician as needed. If you test positive, please let us know by sending an email to: covidresponseteam at michigansailingclub dot org

An individual who was at the Club on XXXXXXX has tested positive for COVID-19. This person indicated he/she was in close proximity to you during that time. For privacy, we will not identify the individual who has tested positive unless he/she gives us permission to do so.
If you have had a close contact exposure to Covid, you must wear a well fitting mask while at the club for the 10 days following exposure per UM policy.
