Fourth of July weekend
Here’s the schedule for the holiday weekend. It’s a UofM holiday on Friday, so folks will be out at the club during the day
Friday:
- open sailing all day
Saturday:
- boat school nine-noon (with open sailing for those not participating in lessons)
- Club Business Meeting at 1pm. Here’s the Agenda.
- Potluck Picnic following the meeting – bring a dish to pass and come enjoy food prepared by your fellow club members
- Open sailing the rest of the day
- Fireworks over Portage Lake shortly after sundown. The club lawn is a great place to watch them from
Sunday:
- Racing as usual – gather at ten to pair up and rig boats, first race starts at eleven.
- Open sailing all day
