Rick Lyons wins Laser Regatta
The MSC Spring Laser Regatta was held in good conditions with the overcast skies keeping powerboat traffic down. The breeze ranged from 5 to 12 knots and was fairly consistent out of the southeast. There were 12 competitors on the line, ready to compete. Rick Lyons was consistently fast and won the regatta winning 6 of the 7 races. Jim Myers finished second and Carey Jones finished third. Jeanne Bisanz earned the award for top female racer ending up in fifth place. Thanks to George Griswold for serving as PRO, and volunteers Dick, Paul, Ken, and Jeff.
