2018 Tawas Trip

21 sailors came to Tawas this year on July 14-21 and we had a wonderful time. Great weather, consistent wind and lots of elbow room make sailing there a joy. We rented cabins at Timberlane Resorts so people could come and go as their schedule permitted. A couple of thunderstorms during the week interrupted the fun but we were safely off the bay. There was an unusual mid-day fog that rolled in one day which made sailing interesting. Many thanks to Chas Child for organizing the event. Mark your calendars, we will probably go again next year on the same week.
