2019 Rookie Regatta
Our Rookie Regatta was sailed under very light conditions. First we had to delay as there was no wind. After we finally got started, the wind would stop and start. There were lots of powerboats on the lake which added to the chop in the water. Six racers persevered on the warm day. After the 4 races were completed, John & Jane finished in 1st place, Kevin & Meg finished in 2nd place and Alex & Paul finished in 3rd place. Congratulations to all of the racers for coming out & having fun. Thank you for our PRO, George and all of the volunteers that make these events possible.
Our next regatta is the Fall Laser Regatta ion September 8th.
